Would it be possible to use an amigurumi pattern for kandi?

Think about it. Now I’m not 100% sure if it’d work and how it’d work but crochet/amigurumi can basically be boiled down to three stitches, right? Increase, decrease, and single. The rainbow loomers figured out how to translate it into hook and bands so I think it may be possible with pony beads and cord. Is this a common thing? Anyone ever try? Or does anyone see any major gaps in my logic that would make this feat impossible? Just curious. I don’t crochet lol 6264246b51eb9_pink-alien.gif

I don't know about translating directly, but figures and stuff can be make with pony beads. Decreasing with multi stitch is pretty simple too

Im sure (with probably lots of trial and error), you'd be able to make those kind of patterns work!! You'd just have to make sure that the pattern itself is compatible with whatever kind of kandi your making bluey1
