I don't know why, but everytime I try to make a panel or smth smiliar, the sides always end up wonky? Idk what I could be doing wrong but I'd apreciate some advice :]

you're not doing anything wrong. it's basically odd/even peyote stitch but instead of stitching it together to be a cuff you keep it flat.

Hi! So if you are having issues with keeping track of where you're at in the row, I recommend opening up the same pattern twice in the pattern editor. For both multi and peyote stitching, you are going to want to start in the very first row. then do the row above and below it. While doing this, erase the beads you have already threaded in one window. Also make sure you pull everything super tight and triple knot every knot you tie. When tying off your panel, at the last bead, go backwards diagonally one bead, go back up horizontally one bead, and thread forward onto the next (and last) bead. Then thread the elastic through the exposed stitching/threads and tie it off.

I hope that helps or even remotely makes sense!
