Help with cuff sizing?

l0stsys 9/11/2023 02:35 pm 450

So, I'm trying to make a cuff, but the typical size for a cuff is 32-around, but our arm/wrist is really skinny, so, that leaves the cuffs really loose, does anyone else have this problem??

I'm thinking about maybe going to 28-around instead, that's the size we do for singles, but would that work?

(really hoping that makes sense-)

Its a small crisis lol- -Karl

@P1nk_Mal1bu_Barb13: It wasn't really a string issue, just, too many beads- but yeah, I kinda needed this reminder- recent cuffs have been loose- thank you /gen -Karl

You can also try pulling the strings tighter when making cuffs so they are less loose (if you weren’t doing it already lol

@PK_ST4R_ST0RM: Thank you! I haven't tried making any patterns smaller yet, so I've been unsure- -Karl

if its a multistitch or peyote it would work ( not all patterns will, i recommend searching up ' small ' if u wanna find a smaller pattern ) and x-bases need to be a multiple of three i believe, so you could either size down to 27 or up to 30.

hope this helps! ^^bluey1
