i have a question for systems or people who know a lot about being a system

you dont have to know anything about the charecters i list to answer my question633f1744401f6_tbh.gif

quick guide just incase you wanna learn about the charecters: the c! in c!tommyinnit means charecter, specifically his dream smp charecter, osmp! means origins smp, and generation loss is a horror series made by ranboo513b39528f2f2_thumbsup.gif

so im a questioning system, like sometimes i feel like my bodily self, then sometimes i feel like osmp!ranboo, then sometimes i feel like generation loss ranboo, and then sometimes i feel like c!tommyinnit and i just wanted to ask would it be offensive if i used sign offs at the end of every message? like for example now i would use '- ran' (osmp!ranboo) alsoo would it be offensive if i used 'we', 'our', or 'ours' for myself? (or ourselves i guess?)

btw dont comment if your gonna be rude about me liking ranboo and tommyinnit's content, i literally dont care and this is a serious question.

also when i say ranboo and tommyinnit i dont mean the actual people

adding onto what vampirefir said -

you may want to look into the experiences of those who have did/osdd to see if that clicks for you. it's one thing to read about it on the medical side but it's another thing to hear a system's personal experiences and go "oh, that fits with mine."

additionally, introjects of real people (factives) aren't a bad thing to have. you can't really control that, generally speaking.

i wish you luck on figuring this out! speaking from my experience, sometimes a dissociative disorder feels more like a denial disorder. you may talk yourself out of it or get discouraged at times. just know that you are the one who knows your own experiences best!

hope this helps.

(edit: also yeah, you can do whatever you want forever as long as it harms nobody. do what ye will.)

adding onto what mu5r00m said- you don't need to use fancy words when talking with a doctor about your experiences just say what it feels like and all. words like "introject" or "kin" or "c!" or whatever don't tend to click with doctors as they're on the medical side of things.

also if you don't have access to a doctor/psychologist or whatever you can do some research online.
Some good links to start are https://did-research.org/ and http://traumadissociation.com/ if you're questioning DID/OSDD. I don't know jackshoot about any other experiences of multiplicity/plurality.

DISCLAIMER

I may or may not agree with all stances/sources listed on these websites, they are just good resources I've seen. The experiences listed on the sites, and other sites you may find, may or may not reflect YOUR experiences. This doesn't make anyone more or less valid it's just the diversity of the human experience.
