Some weird glitch thats happening with the pattern maker

So im trying to make pride masks in the pattern maker and this really weird thing happens
Basically when I use the paintbrush item or whatever its called (the tool that colors one at a time) it only colors half of some of the beads or it colors a different bead above it

Edit: I thought it was because I duplicated the thing I was using but that's not the issue. It's basically impossible for me to make patterns right now because it doesn't fix itself for a whole minute

And for some reason the pattern maker keeps freezing

@Crumpet: Ok so I just zoomed in and out and now for some reason it's still doing the glitch so maybe I just got lucky earlier, I don't really know. And now I've found out that if I add a color with the paintbrush and switch to another tool like the bucket and not do anything after clicking it, it will basically click it in a space (I don't een know if that's how to explain it)

@Crumpet: I don't remember what zoom level I was at, but I can try zooming in and out until I get it to how I had it earlier.

@clyde_infestation: let me know what zoom level you were at when it was happening the most, if you can recall. Or if anyone else who’s had this problem knows, that would help too. It’s got to be a calculation that’s wrong somewhere and I think once I’m able to play with it, it will be quite obvious

@Crumpet: Ok that's fine, it's not that bad for me now, if I zoom in when I put a color it doesn't do it as much. And thank you for replying, I actually didn't think you would reply today. Hopefully the problem gets a little better soon.

I have a feeling that it happens when patterns start on a low bead, so I’d recommend making it start on a high bead (if that makes sense), but I could be wrong.

Looking at your pride mask patterns, they go down, up, down etc and what I’m saying is to make it go up, down, up instead. So effectively shift it over one column. That’s all I can suggest until I am able to take a closer look at it

Yes, it’s a bug that I’m aware of but unfortunately it’s probably going to be a few months before I can fix it because I have essential work to do on the site itself before I can fix it. Other people have reported it and i have also experienced it myself. If you report bugs through the pattern maker bug report feature, I receive all of those reports via email.
