Sometimes, after I pick a new color, either through a pipete or the color picker (the top left rectangle) and then try to apply this color using the bucket tool the color will turn black. It's not a 100% probability that it will "blacken" the first time you click (it could blacken after two (to three(?not sure?)) clicks. Although, if it hadn't blackened after the first few clicks it won't blacken at all. Weird. (also recorded it happening if it could be of help somehow).
