I contacted support and they did indeed make a sneaky change to stop the bottom bar from being closable. They turned back on the close button for this site now through a hidden setting that I can’t access, but it might take an hour to change. Also I got them to remove it properly from the pattern maker. So hopefully this will be better soon but we’ll see.

I’m tied to this company because no other companies will accept me. If I don’t have the ads, I can’t afford to keep the site online I’m still holding out hope that a less annoying company might accept me one day. At least their customer support is good. They helped me out quickly

I see what they’ve done now. They have put it on the pattern maker but only on desktop. I told them not to put it on there at all. Also, it should be closable so maybe they’ve changed that too. I’ll see what I can find out

That’s an ad bar so it’s probably the ad company going wild again and changing things. I told them not to put any ads on the pattern maker anyway so I’m not sure what they’re doing. I’ll have a look at it but I may have to contact them and wait for them to get back to me.
