Advice for a Sapphic/Greyromantic cuff!

I need some helppp, my friend asked me to make them a greyromantic/sapphic cuff, but I'm having a hard time visualizing how that would exactly work. It would look this picture: I just was wondering whether I should make a cuff that looks similar to this, or should I just make a greyromantic cuff and then attach a Sapphic perler to it? aghhh
