its the ladder stitch, and it works like making a bead lizard

put beads on string and crossing the strings through the beads each time

it’s ladder stitch! u string on however many beads u want the height of the cuff to be (in this case, 3 beads) and bring it to the middle of ur string. add the same amount of beads as ur first row onto one end and thread the opposing string through. pull tightly on both ends and boom! ur doing ladder stitch. keep going until it fits around ur wrist. it takes a lot of elastic but it’s super stretchy and comfortable! theres also plenty of good tuts on youtube if u need a better explanation i hope this helps!

i think you make it like a charm ( so basically for a small one you put one bead then put another bead and then take the string and put it in the second bead ) sorry this doesnt rly make sense
