Want to make my first rotating cuff... how many beads to get?

Hi!

I want to make a rotating cuff for the first time... and IDK how many beads I need since I haven't refilled any particular color in a while, and this is only my second time refilling any of my colors (I'm pretty new). So, for this project I know I'll need mostly white and blue pony beads, and definitely some yellow perlers. I'm doing pretty good on white (since the current area of my organizer with white is full), I'm almost out of blue, and never got any kind of yellow perlers that aren't a see-through fluorescent before. I found some packs of pony beads with 900 and a pack of 1000 perlers, is that a good amount? Or should I get more than that? I know the perler pack should be more than enough for me, but I'm unsure of the pony beads... please help!
