@Seramakeskandi: It depends how wide you make the band that goes around your under bust!!! 28 would be the measurement of your under bust, while B is the breast size itself You just attach whatever you want (beads, string, etc) to the outer side of each cup n then tie it to a comfortable size around your under bust while its on!!! I hope that helps (I never made any official under bust style for this kandikini either lolll)
