You probably won't get this far down, but as someone who uses the cheap, plastic elastic string, I found that this helps: First, take the 2 pieces of string and align the ends, so that the strings are parallel. Make a loop (using both of the pieces of string as if it was one) and pull the string through the loop. Pull it tight and hold it. Then, with whatever fingers you've got not keeping the knot tight, make a square knot using the 2 ends of the string (so like a normal knot at the end, with the 2 strings acting like separate strings) Hope that makes sense/is useful. i tie like 10 to 12 knots i tie 3 square knots and 1 surgeons knot and than 5 more square knots and 1 more surgeons knot i also use some glue to make shore it wont come untied

A surgeons knot would be best because it's impossible to get out. To do that, you tie three knots to secure your bracelet. Then, tie another knot, but instead of going through the hoop once, you're going through the hoop 3 times. This is the tightest knot you can get.
