All of my kandi keeps falling apart because it comes undone.

You probably won't get this far down, but as someone who uses the cheap, plastic elastic string, I found that this helps: First, take the 2 pieces of string and align the ends, so that the strings are parallel. Make a loop (using both of the pieces of string as if it was one) and pull the string through the loop. Pull it tight and hold it. Then, with whatever fingers you've got not keeping the knot tight, make a square knot using the 2 ends of the string (so like a normal knot at the end, with the 2 strings acting like separate strings) Hope that makes sense/is useful. If not, I apologize.

A surgeons knot would be best because it's impossible to get out. To do that, you tie three knots to secure your bracelet. Then, tie another knot, but instead of going through the hoop once, you're going through the hoop 3 times. This is the tightest knot you can get.

Are you using the plastic kind of string? If you are, you might want to try using cloth covered string. Knots stay better with cloth covered string. With plastic string you sometimes have to do fancier knots, tie it lots of times, or seal the knot with something like glue. It's not ideal. If you're already using cloth covered, it sounds like you need to try a fancier kind of knot but I'm not sure which would be the best because I haven't needed to use fancy knots on kandi before.
