For masks i use fishing line. Cuffs I use regular .5 mm elastic, but for singles, I use an elastic thats more stretchy than regular elastic.

i use generic brand from walmart but anything with a clear stretchy string wrapped around a circle (i dont know how to explain that) i dont use fishing line, or elastic, because they are too bulky

i've used both Stretch Magic 1mm & .7mm with singles & cuffs, but I'm soon gonna use some white stretch cord i found on Amazon for everything. i find the 1mm works with my peyotes & masks, but i feel like trying new string.

.7mm stretch magic works the best.

I usually use fishing line for masks to keep them sturdy. As for Cuffs I use .8mm clear stretch string for cuffs! Hope this helped!

best cord to use for cuffs. stretch magic works well, but the problem is that over time, the plastic can get really stretched out and snap. i stopped using stretch magic for everything but singles. hope this helps!

Normal kandi stretch magic is life! I've used alot of different types and stretch magic takes the most damage without snapping. as with straps for the masks I have made cheer

@kevaramic: yes fishing line love!!!!! saw a mask made from stretchy string...snapped and the mask was lost...but gotta have strong fishing line my Ol man got me some 6lb line (my choice not knowing)...went to tie a knot the line snapped....sucks cause it's 700 yrd I can use

Depends on what it is. For a regular single or necklace you can use stretchy string. For harder things like cuffs, masks, etc. you can use elastic cord.
