when I wanted to be scene I would find, skirts graphic tees colorful leggings bowtie and funky sunglasses AND MAKE UP IS IMPORTAT tutus too

crochet cat hat beanie or fingerless gloves :3

Ripcage shirt (basically just cut holes in your shirt to make it look like a ribcage)

Belts (thrift some belts! Go to a craft store for plates and poke holes in belts to make your own scene or emo belt, or you could even paint odd belts)

Shoes ( you can cover your shoelaces with beads or get two different colors to give your shoes a cool new look)'

Shorts (you can cut your pants or their shorts and paint over them!)

Gloves (you can make fingerless gloves out of socks, I recommend clean ones but you cut out the foot of it and find where your thumb would come out of and cut a hole there!)

Leg warmers (cut the sleeves off an oversized hoodie and you have leg warmers)

See-through shirt/undershirt (cut the foot of your tights off and cut a hole for your head in the crouch, and you can wear it as a cute shirt!)

Hat (go to a craft store and get a white hat and paint on it!)

Hair clips (You can get bobby pins and glue them onto the random thing you want in your hair or even to perler!)

Tank top (line up a tank top you have on the shirt of your choice and cut around, cut up lines on the side, and tie them from the inside!)

That's all I got so far, some of them you have to buy stuff but hopefully you can do some of these!

(also all of these are also no sew!)

You could cut off the hand part of a glove so you only have the wrist part and put safety pins (you can add beads to the pins), maybe studs, or maybe spikes to make some super cool wrist bands!!
