sensory stuff is like new to me and a new word in my vocab but i love it when you shine a uv light at certian highlighter colors and it glows, it looks so cool513b39526713b_happy.gif513b39526713b_happy.gif

There are a bunch of things that glow under UV! Teeth, various paints and dyed fabrics, beads... go out and see what glows! kao happy


I listen to music all the time for sensory stuff, helps regulate stimulation. Too much noise and I can drown it out, too little noise and I can have something to listen to.

if you like dipped cones from dairy queen and dont want them possibly ruined for you then maybe don't read!

this is really specific but, eating the dairy queen butterscotch dipped cone because it feels like I'm eating candlewax lol

I don't even get the urge to eat candles or any other inedible objects, i just like the sensation of eating something that doesnt seem edible shrug

also brown rice cakes, they feel like tasty styrofoam eyeroll

Anything that's interactive I guess(fidget toys, rotator cuffs, putty, etc) And music. I can never life in a world without music kao kiss
