Is it just me or has kandi gotten less popular

I've noticed a huge drop in popularity since I got into making kandi in early 2021, just wondering if anyone else here has noticed it too...

In my almost 3 years of making it, ive maybe had like 10 people recognize my kandi

Stuff just kinda gets more or less popular over time, it happens, but kandi seems like something that will never fully die out : D, there will probably be a new wave of popularity in a few years

@dont_ask_jeeves: same, i got super busy last year so i didnt have the time to make any kandi, but now that im unemployed and out of school i have literally nothing better to do

I think part of what happens is that the really cool/intricate cuffs are just incredibly time consuming (not to mention making perlers) and now that we're out of the pandemic I find that I rarely have the time to just sit down and create stuff
