whats something weird yet strangely cool about the area/place where you live

i had this idea while walking to the bus stop this morning

the thing thats weird but somewhat cool about my area is i live about 2 blocks away from my cities juvenile detention center (which is really funny cuz ive almost gone there once or twice XD)

i live in like a somewhat forest-y/naturey area and theres a bunch of big hills and stuff and at night they look creepy idk thats all i can think of

i live next to a forest with a trail and stuff!! there's also a bridge, and one time these kids built a fort in da woods. so mah friends got ontop of it and it collapsed XDD

There are like 15 different churches and 9 different schools and I live in a very, very small town

Also my next door neighbor owns the donut shops here, he likes to give us some extra donuts every now and then

It's not necessarily weird yet strangely cool, but I live near a highway, so it's kind n of like you're always in the middle of a race track. (p.s. I just joined so i'm still trying figure everything out)
