Outside of a Rave, Where Have You Traded Kandi?

Considering I was making kandi for four years before I actually went to an event, I did a great deal of trading/giving-away outside of raves. I still do now quite a bit--
Where is the most "unique" or "interesting" place you feel you have traded with an individual before?
For me, actually recently, I was at this drive in to get ice cream and the person who took my order said they really liked my kandi. While I waited for my order, I asked if they would like one and proceeded with the "trading handshake" from my car to the serving window. When my order was finished, I was told to "have a wonderful and rainbow-unicorn filled evening" by him and another server. I was wondering maybe what the people in the cars behind me were thinking- I'm sure that encounter for trading takes the cake for me-

Well, since I haven't gone to a rave yet, I usually just give away kandi to anyone who seems interested or asks about it. The most interesting story I have is more of a sad one though. I just made a random single before my Granny and Papal's 50th anniversary party began. The single was yellow with star beads and said 'happy day' on it. One of my cousins at the party seemed horribly sad through the whole time and she didn't feel up to talking about what was bothering her or about anything at that. When she was about to leave I gave her a big hug and the single I made. Later on, I learned that day she was so down was because her husband ran off leaving her and their baby behind. She said she was really grateful for all I did to to make her feel better during the party later on. She still wears the single too.

I actually traded my first Kandi at Dejavu Showgirls with one of the strippers there. :S I wish I knew her name, But I love the piece a lot and the black light party was a pretty cool experience.

I've traded many times at malls or small parties/kickbacks. Often times I trade at this event called First Friday here in AZ, which is like a monthly art and music festival-thing. But recently I was at Olive Garden and my waitress was taking my order when she complimented my kandi. So I asked her if she'd like one, and then did the "handshake". My family was like "really? really Sydney? everywhere we go..." and I'm just like-idgaf <3

Lol, that's an amazing story. I love it! I don't have any stories like that. I've never traded outside of a rave apart from online. I gave a piece away at my school's annual festival once, if that counts... it's a boring story though.
