what unpopular kandi opinions do yall have?

some of mine include :

- you dont need to use fishing line for masks/panels - clear coord or regular stretchy cloth covered cord works just as well (if you pull hard on the cloth covered cord)

- matte beads > glossy beads

- rainbow colored cloth stretch cord just makes everything better

- ladder stitched cuffs are really underrated for some reason

i love making multistitch cuffs and flower bracelets and layering my arms in them but OMG!! i cant wear them for super long.. they start to hurt my arms after a while and i get indents on my skin where the beads weresick they feel way too uncomfy to wear for like a full day imo

oh 2 other things:

-as fun as they are to make and how cool they look, multistitch cuffs are SUPER uncomfortable to wear

-you can make and wear kandi regardless of your music taste or fashion style, but you should at least *know* what plur is

@ttwaddle: oh yeah and that too. if the iron is too hot, it messes up the pegboard. but if the iron isn't hot enough, it breaks on you while ironing and you have to start all over again. kao sick

its okay to sell kandi, so long as you follow plur! obviously buying kandi from chains is not really something that feels.. like kandi? but small businesses! its okay to sell kandi imo, just make sure to follow plur !!

this might not be a super unpopular opinion, but i have noticed a lot of controversy around this opinion

omfg i HATE ironing perler!!!! its so not fun!! like dont get me wrong i love making them and i LOVE designing them but UGGHHHH i hate it so bad!

@AngelGutzx: i feel like its kinda funny/weird to buy a company’s marketed version of what’s supposed to be a hand crafted DIY thing but they do look cool so if it makes you happy then i mean why notdance

i dont hate it but its a pet peeve of mine when people say theyre into kandi but know absolutely nothing about EDM and dont have a clue what PLUR is xD

which btw im not gatekeeping kandi that would be SO dumb...but like, at least understand the purpose of kandi. if u dont, just call them bracelets or soemthing.
