Well, I have another idea. I'm doing this for my little cousin who love to dress up. I'm making a flower cuff big enough to fit around her waist and I'm going to attach different colors of tulle onto it and make a kandi tu tu.

I'm at the same place you are. I'm going to try to make a masquerade mask next, maybe you should try to make a tie, or a choker, or a headband. Those seem like great next steps.
