my turn! tw: death, kinda

when a person's head gets cut off, they still have 30 seconds of consciousness before they officially die. when a person dies normally, they have ten minutes. this is due to the fact that there's still oxygen in your body even after you die, so your brain still (kinda) functions normally!

Opossums can hold their breath for 4 hours, that's how they play dead so well. Playing dead is also an involuntary act. Opossums have bad sight and usually rely on smell.
