What frustrates you most about making kandi?

For me, it's when I'm making a cuff and I realize I've put the wrong color bead somewhere.. especially when I'm a few rows above it.. really grinds my gears.. How about you??

When the string breaks i always have like a mini heart attack. Walmart is no longer my friend, their string sucks. Lol

Walmart sold a pack of beads and it had NO "R"'s! NONE! I hate when you're making something peyote, and its not staying straight and its widening out or the beads aren't staying in place straight face

The only thing that really frustrates me is the fact that I get distracted VERY easily. So I'll sit down to make a cuff or something (I don't have this problem with singles and necklaces) and half way through it I'll put it down and do something else and it'll be AGES before I get back to it, sometimes I don't end up finishing it.

Another thing that bothers me is when I tie on new string, and my knot wasn't good enough so it comes un done, then I have to back track and fix it again sad What is the best way you've found to tie on new string? I mean, I know it's a pain in the ass, but I know there's more than one way out there to tie on string.. I loop mine around my fingers twice and then use nail glue or nail polish, and I've found that holds really well.

Running out of string whilst making a cuff/peyote/etc. It's such a pain (to me) extending a piece of string.

Dropping something as you're about to tie off or when a cuff is warped & curled.

Yes, definitely dropping the kandi right after you finish putting the last bead on, and youre trying to tie it off... especially if you do it more than once.. ~angry

string i always buy the black stretch magic and i always run out too soon they say its 5yrds i think that they mean its maybe 5 yards if you stretch it all the way out. Also the sparkle elastic that stuff is itchy and pointless the sparkle always winds up separating in the middle of a project
