Okay, so my boyfriend isn't a big fan of any kandi stuff. Does this ever happen to you and how do you deal with it?

I've had ex's like that but mostly if they weren't a big fan of it or didn't like being seen with me wearing it etc. I'd tell them if they respected my likes and dislikes they wouldn't have any reason to care and would respect my liking in making and wearing my kandi <3

my little brother loathes it when i wear arm fulls of kandi in public. I wear it to his boyscout meetings and stuff and he avoids me like the plague because he finds it embarrassing. He even sometimes begs on his hands and knees to my mom and dad to make me keep the beads at home when we go to the movies, the grocery store, out to eat, or anywhere really! He hates it, but hen he starts complaining I just say how embarrassing it is to have a bother with long hair that tends to always look unbrushed

My mother loathes kandi, and perler beads... She hates everything I do with beads, and suggests selling everything I make. My mother isn't a pleasant woman so I what I do isn't a healthy response, I just completely ignore her. But I do tell her how much fun I have trading with people, and how if I keep practicing with perler beads that I will be able to sell them later. No matter what I do she still thinks it is a waste of time, so, again, I just ignore her and continue on and talk to someone else about it.
