Do you have to sort your beads (by color) or does it matter? :)

I bought a big bucket of pony beads and I dont have the patience to sort them lol. I also have been using zip locks because I don't have an organizer, so it's been kind of annoying to keep up with :-\

You dont HAVE TO do anything, its preference, if the way your doing things works for you then thats all that matters.

you dont "have to" but I believe its easier because that way you could tell what colors you need to stock up on. Also when you make kandi you could see if you have enough I would but personaly its up to you

When I buy a pack of the basic colors like red, orange, etc. , I have them in one bin together. And I have seperate bins for neon beads, glow in the dark, stars, etc.

I separate them, because it makes things easier, but you don't have to. It just saves time.

I sort my beads. It makes it so much easier. But it doesn't really matter. It's up to you happy

i'm sort of ocd so I HAVE to. i can only manage (in small amounts) mixed shades of a color, but mixed shapes,sizes, colors drives me INSANE. every time i buy a new bag of jumbled beads, i invite my neighbor over to have her help me sort my beads before I go crazy. a bucket of pearler beads drives me nuts too because of the mixed colors, but they are easier to deal with because i don't use them that much, and thus don't have to look at them

It's all based on preference. Personally, I sort because I am OCD. But it also makes it so much easier to look at beads and say "okay, I know I have enough to make this pattern" Where as if they are all mixed together, it is very difficult to tell how much of each color you have.

You don't have to but I personally find it easier if they are sorted so I know how many of each color I have and if I have enough to make what I want.

It all depends on the type of person you are. Me, I like to organize them, but my friends do not. No, it doesn't really matterhappy
