stimming (rant)

um so one of my stims if biting my hands, and it kinda hurts but it happens everytime i see saranzu and safmaple. sometimes it happens when i see anything yttd related. yttd is a huge comfort + hyperfixation of mine so i dont wanna just stop viewing it. does anyone know how i can control this or calm it down a li??

maybe try putting gloves on over your hands if you have any?-

I bang the palms of my hands togeters when i stim, sometimes I have gloves on and that kinda helps

you could try wearing a sort of glove so it doesn’t hurt when you bite, or try to sit on your hands i’m the same way if i see anything keiji, naomichi, or ranmaru related

i do the same stim, it mostly happens when im upset. usually i just wear some sort of shirt with thick fabric and long sleeves like a hoodie and bite my sleeves instead but i cant always wear long sleeves so sometimes i wear chewelry so ill bite that instead if you dont have any chewelry i think gloves would work just as well!
