I went to a ‘gifted’ school 3rd thru 8th grade, here’s a few things

- there’s a hidden hideout underneath a staircase on the far end of the school that only kids knew about and could actually get to, because you had to squeeze under this tiny gap to get in. Inside there’s a pack of juice boxes and a Communist russia flag inside.

- my friends and I got talking to ghosts via ouija board banned

- “No protesting on the playground”

- Two of my friends got in trouble once for hugging because the supervisor at lunch thought that hugging was equivalent to violently attacking each other???

- a several-year-long cult and ‘army’ (which I was part of) worshipping a dead fly after someone stepped on it and buried it in the corner of the feild. I was a co-vice-secretary and head of stick/trash collecting. At some point That Kid found out where we buried Dead Fly and he dug up the spot and threw it over the fence. We mourned it, but continued worshipping the general area

-someone’s Nintendo switch was stolen

- the entire lunchroom randomly singing all star

- someone getting threatened with a fork by a little kid on the playground after school, and principal refusing to do anything about it because it was after school (she did the same when people starting writing racist things on the blacktop in chalk and some parents had to go wash it all off)

-science teacher vrs gym teacher had a long friendly rival bc of their differing opinions on football teams, eventually had a lightsaber fight

I know none of these are very bad/crazy, but those were some of the most exciting things that happened :3

and the teacher threatened to call the police so the kid ran out of the room and the school went on fucking lockdown

i was in the bathroom at the time too so I was alone in the lower floor bathroom while this kid was running around planning to do who knows what

nothing came out of it but it was scary while it lasted

I hope that kid is doing ok now

dunno if this counts but the other day, my friends and i walked to the grocery store by our school for snacks since we had free time and some of my friends and i wear kind of alt style clothes and a group of boys sitting outside the keva juice called us fatherless but when we got back to school we had fun and ended up hitting each other with a baguette! /pos

so my school has all kinds of stupid stuff going on in the bathrooms os heres a few stories from this week alone

people smeared poop on the walls of the boys bathroom and p1ssed on the mirrors

people smeared period bl00d all over the walls and sinks

someone stole a soap dispenser and ran away with it

someone brought a screwdriver to school and removed the doors from the stalls and somehow broke them in half

okay so i have so many and they r all from middle school cause it was WILD then anyways i'm only going to tell 1

this was when i was in 7th grade: so there was this kid i was friends with but like we only hung out in our classes. in one class the desk where in groups so it was the kid, me, and three other people. one of the other three people, who im going to call "funny", was like really annoying and also like the class clown. he was kinda mean to the kid that i was friends with and the kid didn't really like him. so one day i walk in to class and the girl that was in our group was there and eventually the kid came in. he starts talking to us about random things idk and then he mentions that he brought scissors that day so that he could cut "funny's" wrist bc he hates him.

AND LOOK IM THE QUIET KID I HAVE SOCIAL ANXIETY SO I JUST SAT THERE LIKE "WTH" I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. so the girl takes one for the team and tells the teacher what the kid said while he wasn't paying attention. (and "funny" wasn't there yet so like he doesn't know about all this btw) then the teacher gets one of the superintendents and she takes the kid to the office. no one else in the class knew what was going on and like only the people in our group knew. eventually the lady comes back AND CALLS ME TO THE HALLWAY AND TELLS ME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. GIRL ALL HE SAID WAS THAT HE WANTED TO CUT THE DUDES WRIST IDK WHAT ELSE TO SAY TO YOU ok but no i told her what he said and then she let me go back into class.

the kid got suspend for 2 days and i felt rlly bad for snitching on him cause we were friends but also i was terrified. when he came back he said sorry to me and he told me that it was alright that i told the lady what he said. i actually talked to him recently and he still remembers me (lol) and he's good now like don't worry it was a one time thing only. we don't have any classes now but i still see him around school.
