TW: How do you all cope with Dysphoria drop em down below

I was just hoping these could help me or anyone else looking for ways

For me (a completely closeted person)

-Do any gender-conforming things that help

-Honestly sleep

-Draw me as I hope others will one day see me

-Write myself letters

-Act out an introduction in the mirror where I use name/pronouns
