i just wanna know how yall discovered kandi I discovered it by seeing a tutorial on how to make flower cuffs and continued from there lol

before kandi i made rainbow loom bracelets and an alt kid at my school last year who I rly looked up to would make kandi so i asked my mom for beads and started researching what it was!!

I had seen it all over tiktok, but never tried it until I changed my pronouns (for the millionth time) and wanted to make myself singles with my pronouns. on them. Then, I made a bunch of singles for my friends, and decided I wanted to learn to make more complex pieces. I looked up a tutorial on how to make cuffs and they mentioned this website, so, here we are :]]]

Got into rave culture with my bf and his friends but then I wonder what everyone was wearing on their arms. kao confused So I ask them and immediately became obsessed. I already have a decent amount of kandi made now for only doing it for 2 days. kao mad I really loved the idea of making connections more than the kandi because I have been feeling more lonely since covid and post-school. heart bounce

I saw a tutorial on youtube and asked my mom for the beads and followed it. I quit because i was horrible and thought that i wasted my money until I saw ibuki cosplayers on tiktok and plantt33th on tiktok and fell in love lolzkao tongue

I follow a really cool raver lady on tiktok and she did a vid with her daughter, and someone in the comments said they "wanted to give her daughter some kandi", and I thought that was a cool way to spell "candy" so I used it that way for like an embarrasing amount of time before actually looking it up. AND NOW IM HERE big grin big grin big grin
