comfort foods: congri, tostones, ropa vieja, ajiaco , picadillo, chicken paprikash, latkes, sandwiches (but only if grilled), arroz con leche, palacsinta, birthdaycake oreos (the BEST flavor of oreos), bowtie pasta with butter (has to be specific brand) this was my mom would make when i wouldn't eat as a kid

comfort items: my really thick blanket bc its heavy, my squishmallows (the texure of them is really nice when im overwhelmed), music (not an item but its truly my favorite thing)

for food popsicles,and candy,for items my super soft blanket,anything im wearing,pictures of My Chemical Romance,and music(i know its not an item but its the most comforting and important thing to me)

my comfort food is buttery toast or pasta with parmesan, and my comfort items are pictures of my comfort characters, oversized hoodies, and fuzzy blankets or pillows
