For clips, get charms and plain hair clips in bulk and then stick them on through hot glue or other means!!

oooh i luv decora kei!!! honestly you could probably DIY and/or customize a ton of stuff to make it more decora kei! buying secondhand is always my go-to. i havent been to claire's in awhile, but they have a lot of stuff that can be used for decora kei! dollar stores can help too if you're looking for accessories ^_^ despite depop's reputation for ppl trying to sell stuff that is overpriced, if you look hard enough you'll find some great deals!! i found almost my entire fairy kei wardrobe on depop LOL;;; also! some small fashion companies may sell mis-printed or flawed items on ebay, which is where i got a holly tea time skater skirt for a huge discount!! hope this helps!!

edit: TOTALLY FORGOT ABT THIS ONE TIP!! look up cabochon (with keywords like kawaii, cute, pastel, etc.) on amazon!! i used to get them in bulk to customize old phone cases with, and you could glue them onto hair clips!

omg i used to be obsessed w/ decora :0 thrift stores are always my go-to for accessories!!! mcdonalds toys are great for necklaces !! also if you still have old toys or plastic kids jewelry from when you were younger somewhere i suggest going thru them for things you can use! as for rings/clips I usually buy plastic cabochons on etsy and hot glue em onto ring bases and hair clips
