goodwill, hottopic, and just random stores really, I think u can pretty much wear any early 2000s fit, but the hair, accessories, and makeup are really what make it scene!

clairs. I sounds girly I know but they have hair clips, long socks, long gloves, exe. But yes my friend make fun of me for going to clairs but it is pretty good.

thrift stores can be great!!!! you can sometimes find some really cheap pattered clothes. I like to buy simple clothes and use them as a base for decoration, or use patterned shirts as patches or accents for other clothes. Clair's also has a lot of cute, tacky accessories you can get for relatively cheap. some of my favorite places to shop for cheap bases or weird shit to make into jewelry are 5 below and the dollar tree, you can find sequin covered stuffed animals, knock off my little pony figures, and super cheap clothes you can use as fabric!
