When did you start making kandi ? What was the first piece you made?

I started about three months ago and the first thing i made was a single with the trans pride colors and a heart bead in the middle I sadly can't wear it tho because It's made poorly and I don't want it to break.

The first time I made Kandi was over quarantine, or when quarantine had first started for me that was March 13th 2020 , and my first ever piece was a rotating cuff actually. It took me a few days because I was following it tutorial and I still I was like oh my God why I picked the hardest thing to start off with but you know whenever you see something you want to do what you have to do it LOL.

I started sorta halfway/near the end of last year. I think I actually got rid of my first piece bc of how bad it was (it didn’t fit properly so it was super uncomfortable and I didn’t like the design on it either) but the first kandi I actually got was a single that I bought, it’s got hello kitty beads and it says “kawaii” on it and it’s one of my favourites

my first piece was made around last september, and it was a blue john egbert single. i think i messed up on it, lol

my first kandi was a very big for my wrist rainbow single, it was like 42 or something beads (i'm too lazy to get it and check) that was around late october earlier novemeber.

Lumi has been making kandi her whole life but really only found out was kandi was in November. Lumi's first piece after figuring out what kandi was is a rainbow even peyote cuff.

my first one was a rainbow single and I made it in like the middle of the night from a old "kandi band maker" thing in my closet

I started in the beginning of quarantine(march 2020 for me) because I finally had the time to order supplies and make things. As for my first kandi it was a single with a small Jupiter charm from an old broken necklace. It was waaay to small and doesn't fit my wrist at all but I don't think I'll change it
