Hobby Lobby isn't cheap all the time, but once a month, they sell their beads for half off.

i like buying from jo-ann's because they have big bags of glow in the dark pony beads for $5 idk if there is a place that sells them cheaper. Try to find a place that operates in the u.s. and in a state w/o sales tax, if you're buying online. hope that helped.

You check out this page: http://kandipatterns.com/post/kandisupplies and see if there is anything that you find reasonable. I personally buy from shipwreckbeads.com but then again I tend to buy in bulk so its a good deal for me (and they operate in WA which is a plus for me)

alot fo USA craft stores sell them alot cheaper then Canada does. places to buy cheap ones are JC penny, Michaels, and another store but i forgot the name but its in port huron XP

It depends on how much Kandi you are planning on making. You can find some pretty great priced bulk packages of pony beads all over the internet, either by color or variety packs. I don't make much, so I originally bought my beads at Walmart. Later on I realized that Michaels craft store has slightly larger bags (categorized by color) that are cheaper overall than Walmart.
