I've been looking for a tutorial all day but haven't had any luck.

alright well you start off with a X-base cuff that is around your waist then go 3,5,7,9,11,13....etc till you reach the desired length of the skirt. Ok you might want to make the waist part elastic and then to save money use fishing line for the skirt. plus it makes it more durable and wont bust as easy....message me if you have problems i would love to help ;winking ;winking

What I would do is make a single which hits around your waist snuggly and than start as you normally would with an x base. Than when you want to make the flare put on 5 beads instead of three. Then 7 and so on. If that didnt help than Cellularmango has a video called that goes over that alittle. Its one of her newer videos. And if I confused you another option is to message someone who has made an x base skirt.
