HELP!!

so, in 3 days im going to Europe (for context im in Arizona), so I want to bring my sketchbook butttttt I am afraid I might lose it. It has my contact info on it so if I lose it I can get it sent back to me but mailing it back would be 20-40 dollars depending on where I lose it, not to mention the language barrier!! :,)

Help!! Should I bring it??

bring a mini/buy one there and also write the contact info on that one if you lose it

I would bring it!! Just make sure you double check were you have it, and make sure you put it back were you packed it!!

If you don't want to risk losing the one you already have, get a travel sketchbook and be sure to put your email in it. That's all the finder needs to contact you, and then you can work out how to get it returned. Don't forget Google Translate exists for just these circumstances.

Keeping a travel diary is great. Even if you don't want to sketch, you can paste stuff in there, make your own wildly inaccurate maps, etc. Later you'll be thrilled to have things like soda labels and underground tickets and weird litter. The funniest thing I found in Europe was a p***ographic Zorro comic in Hyde Park that had been ripped to bits near Rotten Row. "I don't think she should be riding a horse dressed like that, she's gonna give herself a black eye."

I would bring it, maybe find one of those little luggage tags and attach it to the spiral (if it has one). And you could keep a backpack or something with you at all times to keep it in so it isn't dropped somewhere

you could bring a small notebook that you wouldn’t care about if it got lost instead maybe???
