uhhh I would use Etsy and thrift stores to avoid fast fashion and to get authentic 2000s stuff

Ebay, Etsy, sometimes Amazon. Take care with Asian imports because they run small -- there are usually size charts in the listings. OTOH, if you're small, you can find cool stuff in the kids sections of anywhere. I knew a woman who could wear girls large and she had a Danger Mouse tee that was the greatest thing I've ever seen.
