Raver Hello Kitty outfit ideas?

I'm working on my halloween costume, and I want to do a raver hello kitty kind of thing. I've already made cat ears and her bow but I want to add some more kandi pieces to my outfit (white fluffies, tutu) I was thinking about making a kandi bikini, but if I'm going to make one, I want to make one that I can wear on other occasions too, not just for hello kitty. Unfortunately the event I'm going to for Halloween doesn't allow masks of any kind, so that's out of the question. Does anyone have any ideas or anything they think might be cool? I'm open to anything and I have an entire free weekend to work on projects Thanks!!
