by a star cuff do you mean a cuff made from stars? like a lil bracelet? if so, youre gonna make like 5-6 stars, though make sure you measure well for your wrist cause it can get kinda stretched out in my experience and ride up your arm, then, you'll tie the side points together, and maybe the bottom points? im having a hard time visualizing rn haha. hope this helps a lil!!
