Hmm...Well I hate to start with a not fun, "Mom like" answer, but as I was growing up at home it was: "Mom's house. Mom's rules" If she really doesn't want you mail trading it's hard, but respect the answer she is giving you...even if its a No.... :/ OOOOk now that the narky part is done I'd like to suggest if you were going to pursue the issue, you could ask her about getting a PO box for trades. That way you aren't giving your home address to anyone and the pack will go straight to the post office happy *shrugs and hugs* Good luck and PLUR on love struck

Well...First I would make sure that you can cover costs yourself. Parents are likely to be a lot more understanding of trading if its the costs of postage and beads isn't coming out of their wallets. Its a hobby that costs money and to watch their children send this stuff in the mail to total strangers with no guarantee of any kind of return is maddening. ((I say this not because I know how a parent feels but more from my experience of not receiving a return package. :S))

Other then this I'm afraid RavenRose has the best perspective on it. Sometimes you just have to respect your parents wishes as it is their house and their rules. They usually have fairly reasonable thoughts on the matter for the choices they make. Not all parents mind you but most have their children's best interests at heart.
