This may be a really dumb question, but I recently purchased my first bag of them and it smelled FOUL. I can't describe it, but it was horrid. None of my beads ever before have smelled like this, they don't have a smell at all, actually. If they are supposed to smell like that, does letting them sit out and air help get rid of it?
(If there's one item in my possession currently that's most likely to be discovered to have been slowly poisoning me in 10-20 years time I'm betting its that. They're cute though! )
