i use a plastic window, some plastic packaging has a flat shape and is firm but can still be cut with scissors, so i cut up something that would be going in the recycling anyways and glue it under the top layer of perler required for the shaker. however people say hot glue wont stick to perlers so i use 36000 glue

you could use the clear shrinky dink plastic, but i wouldn't put it in the oven personally, just use it if you don't have plastic from a box or something

hope this helps! ive never made one before, but i can see shrink plastic working well! I'd use resin to attach it

Hi! I've been on a perler shaker craze so!! I usually rip the clear plastic off of packaging. Things like dolls usually have the clear plastic in front! If you don't have any of that tho, you could try using plastic wrap or a cut off piece of a clear plastic bag, however that material is more flimsy and I've never tried it. You can DM me if u want me 2 explain more! Hv a good day rainbowsmile

plastic containers, goodie bags, shrinky dink paper, (I wouldn't recommend plastic wrap it broke on me crying) these can all be found at micheals, walmart or ur local dollar store!
