A lot of apologies?? Im so confused /gen

I visit this site time to time and half of threads are apologies? Im really confused. Isnt this place for sharing a joy of making kandi? Now I see lots of private stuff that has nothing to do with this topic. I can understand the threads about fandoms and intrests, but not venting or personal information.

Of course i dont want to offend anyone, Im just thinking
Maybe someone can explain this to me ?

haii!! so u may have seen my apology thread. it wasn't a vent or anything!! i was apologizing cuz i broke plur (me and another user got into a fight) and i wanted to apologize for doing so :3

another apology was from ash cuz there was some other stuff going on

someone asked “what’s the deal w people hating others for liking problematic fandoms” and a lot of people didnt like that and where giving some valid criticism, while others where being downright aggressive in their responses. i dunno why people ask these questions expecting everyone to agree w them when it just causes unneeded discourse yk.

anyway i think we should let the situation rest now it’s had like 5 specific threads and i’m sure peoplee not involved r getting tired of seeing it

Every now and again things happen and people feel the need to apologize If you see a thread you think doesn't belong here, report it and I will review it. There's a fine balance between limiting drama and not shutting down legitimate conversations/debates.
