finally got a perler bead kit

aight so i finally got a perler bead kit for christmas

what are some tips/advice about perlers that yall wish you knew when you started?

use a book 2 flatten them while cooling and dont be afraid to use a color thats close enough it usually is fine

Make sure you're using PARCHMENT paper and not WAX paper when you iron your perler. Wax paper will leave a layer of wax on it and it does not come off I've tried
