hello ! I saw someone on this site, and decided to make an acc for fun ^^ but im wondering,, what is kandi ? what is it made of ? sorry if this is dumb- but im confused ^^"

I'm only starting to get into it myself, and it's been really fun learning about rave culture and all the ways you can bead things together. I can point you toward a couple tutorials if you can't find a good place to start with multi stitch or peyote - it took me a little while to find them, but now I'm having a blast

kandi is just a broad term for bracelets and designs made out of perler beads and pony beads !! all you need is beads and string ^___^ !!!

kandi is basically just a broad term that can be used for,,,well,,, really anything made of pony beads or perlers, i guess! from accessories, to even clothing!
the most common types of kandi are cuffs, singles, and perlers :3
cuffs, pretty explainatory. theyre cuffs! you can make a lot of things out of these
singles are just braceletes with one row of beads
perlers are a different type of bead,, and they basically just make flat panels to go on other kandi, like cuffs!

anyways, kandi comes from rave culture, along with PLUR!!
PLUR means peace, love, unity, respect,, and i think its one of the most important things to remember on this site, and even in real life!
i also believe its pretty important to take rave culture and PLUR into consideration when making kandi.. honestly i find it quite disrespectful when people use kandi to spread hateful things. it honestly just doesnt add up... so be mindful!

i tried making this as easy to understand as possible.. but im quite stupid and yeah... but ive been in the game for about 3 years, so if you have any questions about more specific things.... just let me know!!!! i can totally help you out ^_^
