What was your online school experience like?

I only had online school for one quarter last year and I honestly liked it a lot! I didn't have to get dressed, I didn't have to interact with people, I was in a very abusive friendship at the time so online school made it easier to avoid my "friend," and I could basically just sit there and watch YouTube the whole time lol. Of course I still got my work done even though I never paid attention. I speedran all of my work during my lunch break and after class because it was hard to focus with all the background noise.
Online band class was hilarious omg. This one kid rick-rolled all of us multiple times with his Alexa, and occasionally put on some stupid meme cos he was bored, and so were we lol. We would have random conversations in the chat and the band director didn't do shit about it cos 1) he honestly didn't care and 2) he was stupid af. Once I was going to answer a question but my mic wasn't working so he told me to just say it because he "kNeW hOw To ReAd LiPs" and he failed miserably. I just nodded my head to avoid the embarrassment because I would've gotten it wrong lol

it was ok, it was definitely less stressful than in person, but I don’t like school that much anyways so :/

I didn’t have to wake up as early and deal with the kids on the bus to and from which made it a lot easier, but I didn’t have much motivation and I was doing very poorly because I wouldn’t turn in assignments a lot, so I had to switch to in person learning during the third trimester (and then I did summer school because my grades were still low and I didn’t fix them before it was too late,, don’t be like me) I’d say there’s benefits to both, and it really depends on the type of person you are and your situation

i currently go to an online school by choice (i don't rlly function well in social enviroments and i already have stress issues so social situations would just make that worse) and its okay ig.

i just dont like that i was thrown into all honors classes without much warning bc its super stressful :/

not the best. nearly all of last year was virtual for me. of course there were things i enjoyed about it, like not having to talk to anyone, or look nice, or wake up super early, but i couldn't focus and hardly got anything done.
