my parents are kinda strict abt hair n stuff should I do it? I mean I'm almost old enough to drive I should be able to cut my own hair right? Idk I need someone to tell me to do it lol

you are definitely old enough to make your own decisions about your hair but cutting it yourself can go very wrong

i would be hesitant to do it yourself. maybe try to go to a salon without their knowledge?
