The graphic novel "Genderqueer" is pretty good but it does have some nudity and also some blood I think so if you're not comfortable with that I wouldn't recommend it. But there is also a graphic novel called Taproot which doesn't have those things and it has ghosts and an mlm couple. Its very cute.

laura dean keeps breaking up with me is a good choice, also the prince and the dressmaker! (i don't think the prince and the dressmaker is entirely about being lgbt, but i'll put it here anyway, it's about a prince who i'm pretty sure is genderfluid and how he likes to dress up as a lady in secret sometimes.)

The Syptoms of being human is really good happy the main character is genderfluid in a very political family where everything is centered around them being perfect and yeah would def recommend!

and if you want a reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyy long book series that includes several lgbt characters, Cassandra Clare's books are a good place to look (specifically all of the shadowhunters related ones)
Including: a poly couple, two mlm couples, two wlw couples, a trans woman, and an ace character.

(there's also a character with autism)
