can somebody help me understand kandi patternz???

hello!!! um so i wanna make a pattern cuff but have no idea how to understand them- i read the tutorial, but had no idea um how it workz

also, is there any way i can do those tutorialz with even peyote stich?? i'm not good at multi stitch

I’m not really sure how to explain but for most patterns on here the rows r numbered. for the “1” row, you’d just do a normal single and then when it gets to the 2 row, you would put on the first bead and then string it through the next 1 bead. This puts the first row 2 bead in place, then you would continue this pattern, put on the next row 2 bead and then string through the next row 1 bead. This continues as you go up the rows, when u get to row 3, you string through row 2, and so on. Idk if this made any sense but I hope it helped. Idk if u could do them with a even peyote stitch so it would probably be best to practice doing the multi stitch. Here’s a tutorial for multi stitch that helped me https://youtu.be/BwSBrrYHwhc

they're patterns designed for peyote cuffs if you want that, but if you do a peyote stitch with a multistich pattern you'll end up with a panel not a cuff
