heyy systems with introjects plss help lololol

for a while i was like naw i dont have any introjects but i did sum research andddd yeah i definitely have a few n it confirms why a few of our newer alters formed during watching our comfort showss,,, so like, any help for being 100% sure?? We are a system with around a bit more than half introjects, and half non introjects, and I am an introject myself!

Something we do if we are unsure if a new alter is an introject or not is look at pictures of what they might be an introject of! So if the introject is a fictive, look at pictures of what character they might be, and see if that alter has a connection to that character and feels like its them! And if your fictives have source memories, than they can also see if they remember anything from their source!

It can take awhile to figure everything out, but you will eventually know if they are an introject or not, and who/what they are if they are one! -Klaus (He/Him

this is prolly super obvious but ask them! im not sure how your system communication works but they might know themselves. It's not always the case though, depends on the alter
