so ive been starting to have these "shutdowns" ? i feel like i cant breathe, i cant properly hear (everything just feels like a loud blur and if sum1 is talking directly to me i cant make out what theyre saying), i cant speak, my vision is really blurry unless i try super super hard to focus, im super shaky, my hearing feels oddly heightened, and i cant stop doing this neck jerk thing where i move my head down rlly fast and clench my shoulders. ive talked 2 my friends to see if theyve had anything similar happen to them but they nvr understand what im talking about crycry

Yeah like @confused_chaos said it could be a panic attack or sensory overload, if it's a panic attack I've heard hold ice helps (it basically stops your brain from rushing so it can figure out why your hands are cold all of a sudden, giving you time to calm down), and if it's sensory overload I recomend finding a safe/comfort place to sit down and stim/find something to do that makes you happy until it goes away. If anyone tries to ask you why you're doing so/stop you from doing so then tell them your having a panic attack (or something that'll tell them it's 'more urgent' than sensory overload) and that this is the only way you can calm down. Hope this helps!

well it could be like subtle panic attacks or sensory overload, and the neck jerk thing sounds kinda like a tic

hope this might have helped!!/gen
